We just received the following update and photos from Bishop Cleve Lambeth, who is on a missions trip to Northern Brazil, in the state of Bahia. Thank God for faithful missionaries!

“I am now in Bahia. I am visiting some of our churches in this area. I am sending you a few photos of my trip. Hope that you get them and enjoy them! I wish I could explain each picture, because each one of them has a story and a reason why it was taken… Sorry I cannot do that! I hope this gets to you, internet in Bahia is like gold… It’s hard to find! RCL”

Wow! What a weekend! Wasn’t it great to have the Bishop & First Lady back home with us??? Please pray for their continued safety, as they travel back to Louisiana this afternoon.

Once again, I stand in awe to see how God is working in our midst. As we gathered to worship last evening, the Holy Ghost was so evident from the offset of the song service. It was such a blessing to see a number of our young people seeking for the Holy Ghost once again. We also rejoiced, as Trent Kierstead was baptized in Jesus’ name! The Blood Still Works!!!

This morning, I read an interesting fact: a bowling pin only has to tilt 7.5 degress to fall. That is not very far off-balance. The result of that one pin being ’slightly’ off balance (only 7.5 degrees), is that it impacts another pin… which touches another. Rapidly, if not rectified, the lost equilibrium of one pin could lead to the STRIKE of the entire group of pins. If we have ever needed to maintain our ‘balance’, we need to do so today. Recently we have been challenged by the word of God to re-establish the foundational truths upon which we stand. However, while we have been focusing on that factor, the Holy Ghost has been bountifully poured out upon our youth! Balance. While actively pursuing growth through OUTreach, we have been blessed with revival withIN our congregation and youth as well. Balance. Contrary to the skeptic and critics mantra, there still is Apostolic REVIVAL for HOLINESS people! Balance.

Family Worship Center, if we have ever needed to stand tall for what we believe, it is NOW! We cannot afford to get off kilter… not even 7.5 degrees. The more balanced we remain, the less probability there is for the enemy to STRIKE out against us! Let’s continue to go forward. Together. Balanced.

Dear Folk,

How can we express our thanks for the outpouring from heaven? Though we weren’t there, it makes us rejoice to know we have faithful hands carrying on the work of God at home. We are so blessed!

We are so excited about flying home tomorrow!! Looking forward to seeing you all. We have traveled over 3,500 miles; Bishop has preached 7 times and will be preaching tonight here in Jena for the Coon’s and McClure’s. Besides that, we have attended a conference!! He couldn’t figure out why he was sooooo tired Monday morning?? We were with the Blakey’s in Guy, AR for two weekends and were humbled by their hospitality!! Guess we aren’t used to being on the receiving end.

And what can we say about the Coach??? It is indeed a ‘home away from home.’ Bishop has done an awesome job at driving; acting like an ‘ole pro now! The washer/dryer is incredible for a trip like this. Thank you to all of you that has made this possible! We have tried to post before this but couldn’t seem to get it through. Maybe this time we will be able to make it happen!!

The waters are troubled and while we greatly rejoice over those who received their Pentecostal experience Sunday night, we remain earnest with God until ALL that are seeking are filled!! Praising God for the great chapel service also!!

See you soon, Lord Willing!!

Here are a few photos that we received from Vanessa and Sis. McKillop. Hopefully more will follow soon…

For those that are still wondering, Bishop McKillop, Sis. McKillop and Vanessa have all landed safe and sound in Belize from Honduras. They flew on TACA Airlines, which they found out upon their arrival was an acronym to the locals: Take A Coffin with yA. :) Needless to say, we are glad that they arrived safely. Let’s continue to remember them in our prayers!

It has been another busy day!! We repacked and are ready to go to the mountains for a couple of nights. Bishop and Vanessa will go to church tomorrow night at another service over the mountains but I will stay at the cabin and Sis. Schreckhise will come up with me. She is very very tired from the weekend and having some contractions as well!!! A very diligent and hard worker!

We had great services really every one. The youth deal was an outdoor service out on the lot where they plan to build there house this year. It is out in the country and probably a mile from the ocean. Their country is very beautiful here.

The youth prayed a long time after the preaching; probably at least half or more that were there doesn’t have the Holy Ghost, so it is a struggle for them. Three other churches came in with their young people for the weekend.

Then Sunday moring, church was here in La Ceiba. Worship was awesome and two received the Holy Ghost before the preaching. There was an anointing in the preaching followed by another altar service. A great work being done and truly need to be covered with prayer! They are so happy that they have made the last payment on their church building. It has so much potential and they plan to start renovations.

We left at 3:30 Sunday afternoon for a 1 1/2 hour trip to Tacoa. Once again, the presence of the Lord blessed. The young people testified about the touch and strength they received at the Youth Retreat.

We are now headed for the mountains for a day to relax and enjoy the beauty of Honduras. Bishop is struggling some with his hip, but keeping up with the schedule pretty well!! We miss you all and are rejoicing in the good reports from the weekend services there.

We have had some experiences. When we arrived at the property for the service and cookout, a 15 foot snake was hanging high up in a tree where we were setting up tables!!!! Red!! I finally was able to see it but it was well camouflaged in the leaves. Then, Vanessa stood on some huge ants that bite like crazy! They were all over her shoes and skirt! Bit her hand bad! So standing on a chair with all the girls beating on her skirt, and a few shrieks, we had a little excitement for awhile!!! Ha!!

We won’t have contact now for a day or so, and we don’t have our pictures downloaded but will try to do that while we are in the cabin, so when we come back into service, we will be able send some hopefully!!!

Love you all,

Sis. McKillop
